Shipping policy

We usually start packing your order within a business day. Delays could occur on high order times, for example Christmas or sale days. 

Estimated shipping times

• Iceland 2-7 business days
• North America: 10 - 20 business days
• Europe: 10 - 20 business days

(My Family Necklace is the only product with extra long shipping delay 30-40 days)

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there's a defect or problem with your order, however we have the right to refuse returns & exchanges if something has been used

If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at octagon@octagonjewelry.com within 3 days of delivery.

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Items must be in unused, original condition to receive a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
